What I enjoy most about my role is the variety. Quality touches nearly every part of the organization, which means no two days are the same. That diversity keeps my work engaging and provides continuous opportunities to learn, grow, and develop.

Together with my colleagues, I help ensure the quality of our products, processes, and systems. By maintaining high standards across the organization, I contribute to the reliability and consistency that customers expect from DuFor.

I started my journey at DuFor as an intern and now serve as Quality Assurance Manager. Over the years, I have seen both the organization and myself grow significantly. Looking back, I take great pride in that development. DuFor provides the opportunity to keep learning, take on new responsibilities, and continue growing professionally.

What makes DuFor special to me is its open and collaborative culture. Colleagues are always willing to share knowledge, support one another, and work together toward common goals.
