Our Research & Development and Quality Assurance laboratory facilities
DuFor consistently invests in its R&D and QA lab facilities to develop innovative polyester products and solutions in collaboration with its customers. Because we have our own in-house laboratory, we are able to rapidly develop and supply products. Our technical support includes providing customers with access to our R&D and QA lab, which features a wide range of equipment for chemical and physical analysis, as well as facilities for pilot and lab-scale production. In these labs, we support you with extensive analysis of your end products to assist in optimizing raw material selection and your production processes.
Our experienced laboratory team monitors the entire production process to guarantee consistent high quality. All of the relevant tests are performed for each product, all in compliance with ISO standards. Our laboratory staff documents every detail about each batch produced to analyze the effects of any changes.

Mechanical and chemical recycling R&D
Today, our R&D operations are fully commited to sustainable applications, with a particular focus on reuse and recyclability in mechanical – and /or chemical recycling processes. The combination our virgin polyester expertise and our recycling know-how offers the opportunity to produce specialized materials based on recycled input.
We will continue our investments in R&D to push the limits even further.
