Meet Saskia Arendsen

I joined the DuFor Customer Service Team in 2010, I’ve worked in customer care roles at several chemical and resin companies for over 30 years.

My role is varied, from logistics, order processing to supply chain which keeps things interesting. Every day is a new challenge at DuFor – you never know what you’re going to get when you pick up the phone or open an email and that’s why I love this job. Helping our customers to get the right materials on time and answering their questions gives a really satisfying feeling.

Although there’s a lot of work to do, there’s a lot of respect for our lives outside of work. This means I can enjoy my time at home with my family and friends.
